Gallium Nitride Power Systems
Gallium Nitride semiconductors are an emerging transistor technology. We’re leveraging this technology to provide more efficient, smaller, lighter power systems for our clients. Being able to offer all three of these important characteristics has enabled us to provide some truly game-changing solutions.
We’ve developed our own modular GaNFET prototyping system, GaNDev, which we can use to rapidly iterate on designs to turn around finished designs much faster than typical custom technology design timeframes with confidence.
